[github] Your account has been flagged 해결 (문의)방법

오랜만에 나의 github가 살아있는지 확인하려고 들어가보았는데,, 

이게 왠걸.. "Your account has been flagged"로 도용이나 문제가 있는 아이디로 검출이 되었다는 것이다.

하지만, 구글링을 해보니, 깃헙에 헬프메일을 보내면 쉽게 해결할수 있다고 해서 방법을 공유 하려고 합니다.

 

1. 문제 상황 : Your account has been flagged

 

2. 해결방안 - Contact support를 통해 문의메일 보낸다.

 1번의 문제 사진에서 contact support를 클릭합니다.

 

아래의 사진에 Contact us를 클릭~!

 

보자보자.. Account or billing issues로 클릭! (우리는 계정문제니요)

 

Account까지 들어오면 Help 요청란이 보입니다. 거기에 문의 내용을 적어주면 됩니다.

문의 제목은 "I don't know why my account has been flagged."로 내계정이 왜이러는지 이해가 안된다고 썻어요.ㅋ

 

문의 내용은 아래와 같이 작성 했습니다. (물론 다른 블로그 글도 참조하여 첨삭했습니다.)

Hello, Mr. or Ms.

I logged into my Github account and noticed a message reading:
“Your account has been flagged.
Because of that, your profile is hidden from the public.
If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your account status reviewed.”

I don't know why my account has been flagged.

I want to make github blog.
Can someone in Support remove the ban?

github 관계자인 Nick에게서 답장이 왔다 ~~ 

답변 내용은 스크립트 오류로 인한 문제이니 조치해줬다라는 친절한? 내용이다

We use a lot of scripts to find (and hide) spammy accounts. It looks like one of these scripts caused your account to be flagged by mistake.

I've removed that flag from your account now, so things ought to be back to normal the next time you sign in. If there's anything else we might be able to do to help, don't hesitate to let us know.

메일 확인 후 github 들어가니 정상동작 조치 되었습니다.

 

 

저와 같은 문제가 발생하면 당황하시지말고 문의를 통해 금방 해결할 수 있습니다. !! ^^
